LAWRENCE JACKSON, U9-U12 Girls Academy Director

Lawrence Jackson began his soccer journey in Kelvedon, England playing for Colchester United’s Youth Academy before moving to Colorado where he joined Colorado Rush Soccer Club, before representing Evergreen High School where he was awarded a spot on Colorado’s All State Squad. He would begin his collegiate career at Colorado’s Fort Lewis College before earning a BA in Communication Studies from Colorado State University. 

Jackson began his coaching career during high-school at Evergreen Stingers before returning to coaching during college with Boulder County Force. This would follow by roles at Arsenal Colorado, Colorado Storm, Trebol SC, and FC Boulder where he has been working in administration as a Director of Coaching since 2017. Over this time, he has won the U13 DPL Mountain West Conference, and multiple promotions in the CSA Advanced Leagues as well as earning his USSF A License and USC Director of Coaching Certification. Jackson’s dedication to his community and players earned him Colorado’s Advanced League Coach of the year in 2023. 

Lawrence looks to instill in his players the belief that work ethic, sacrifice, discipline, mutual respect, and communication will help them succeed in both sports and life. Outside of football, he enjoys playing and watching ice hockey, going fishing, traveling, and supporting his club Chelsea FC.
