NOEMI LASTIRI, COMMUNITY AMBASSADOR

Noemi Lastiri’s passion for sports began in her early years in Mexico City, where soccer is deeply ingrained in the culture. From school teams to community games, soccer was always a central part of her life. Throughout high school, she also pursued volleyball and women's soccer, shaping her understanding of teamwork and physical fitness.

Having spent half of her life in the USA, Noemi chose to raise her family in Boulder, Colorado, drawn by its breathtaking natural beauty and the opportunity it provides to enjoy each season to the fullest.

Noemi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, which she earned at both BYU and a university in Mexico. Her academic journey combined with years of real-world experience has equipped her with a strong skill set in client interaction, problem-solving, and mediation. Her ability to collaborate with diverse teams and clients from various cultural backgrounds has been key to her success—especially in the global language of soccer, which has been a unifying force in her life and career.

Passionate about helping communities thrive, Noemi is an active participant in various committees, offering her expertise and time to support underserved communities, particularly through advisory roles in school districts. She is deeply committed to the well-being of student-athletes, advocating for the integration of academic success with the physical and emotional benefits of sports.

As a strong believer in the importance of family involvement, Noemi is dedicated to using soccer as a tool to bring families together, promote cultural unity, and create lifelong positive experiences for the next generation. Soccer isn’t just a game for Noemi—it’s a means of empowerment, connection, and joy.
