The U9 - U14 Premier Program provides an appropriate team context for the full range of players seeking a serious soccer experience. Players will be challenged daily within the Premier Program to embody ALBION Boulder County's core mission of Soccer for Life. In the Premier program, our focus is to create a positive soccer experience with a strong emphasis on developmental growth in order to reach their fullest potential on their soccer journey.

The ALBION Boulder County Premier Program maintains high standards for all coaches in the program and places great value on coaches who can inspire and teach players of all ability levels. Coaches in the Premier Program are thoughtfully mentored to provide a rich learning environment for their players and are strongly encouraged to obtain the US Soccer Grassroots Diploma and further explore the 7v7 and 9v9 Module Programs (though most coaches in the program far exceed the minimal standard).

U9 - U10 Premier Program players get two training sessions a week from August through the completion of their CSA Fall league in November. These players then have the winter months off before returning to training twice a week for the Spring CSA season from March to May.  Our Premier Program teams will also participate in 2 tournaments throughout the course of the year.

U11 - U14 Premier Program players get two training sessions a week from August through the completion of their CSA Fall league in November. During the winter months teams will train once a week from November to March, before increasing training frequency back up to twice a week for the Spring CSA season from March to May.  Our Premier Program teams will also participate in 1-2 tournaments throughout the course of the year.

The ALBION Boulder County Premier Program is designed to provide a positive, engaging soccer experience that accelerates the growth of all players in the program from U9-U19. Our Program Director and Coaching staff are passionate about the game, and take great pride in creating the contexts in which players are inspired to thrive. The Advanced program serves athletes of all abilities — those who are newer to the game, as well as those players who have the drive and aspiration to excel in high school and college soccer environments. The Program is tailored to the diverse, multi-faceted life of Boulder County families, and yet maintains an unapologetic drive to produce players that will contend for places within the ALBION Boulder County Academy program in subsequent seasons.

The Premier Program provides an appropriate team context for the full range of players seeking a serious soccer experience — from inexperienced players, to others who have the talent and ambition to one day accept an invitation to join the ALBION Boulder County Academy Program.

The Premier Program maintains high standards for all coaches in the program, and places great value on coaches who can inspire and teach players of all ability levels. Coaches in the Premier Program are thoughtfully mentored to provide a rich learning environment for their players, and are required (minimally) to obtain the US Soccer Grassroots 11v11 Diploma (though most coaches in the program far exceed the minimal standard).

We will be forming Premier teams at every age group (U9–U19) for both boys and girls. Players competing in our U13-U19 age group will have 15-18 players in their squads. Teams will be formed with the intention of grouping players of similar ability.

Premier teams will play across all levels in the Colorado Soccer Association (CSA) leagues. We will seek to place teams into leagues where they will experience the appropriate balance of success and challenge.

Teams may opt to participate in various tournaments both locally, throughout Colorado and out-of-state.
